Jen Barclay

Jen has a diverse background that has spanned almost 20 years in Procurement across the Asia Pacific and has held leadership roles in various industries including Publishing, Printing, Travel & Agriculture. Unbeknownst to many, from the age of three Jen’s passion was dance and she dreamt of being part of the Sydney Dance Company before she started working and enjoying the challenges of business and family. In 2018, she began working with NARTA as Procurement Manager and then took up the role of Head of Procurement in 2019. Jen is passionate about leadership and developing new talent and was proud to be part of the team who were nominated as Finalists in the External Collaboration Category at the 2018 Procurement Leaders Asia Pacific Awards. With her 2 boys, Jen loves spending time travelling and looks forward to their next trip to walk in the footsteps of the Beatles on Abbey Road in London.
