CAPA's Australia Pacific Aviation Summit will be organised in accordance with our parent company Informa’s AllSecure health and safety standard. As the world’s leading events’ organiser, Informa has developed a detailed set of enhanced measures to provide the highest level of hygiene and safety at its events, providing everyone with reassurance and confidence they are participating in a safe and controlled environment.
When you join our event, you can expect to see that health and safety is a priority, and that a range of measures are in place to ensure everyone involved is able to enjoy a safe, hygienic, productive and high-quality organised event experience.
All Informa events will be run according to official government and local authority guidance in the first instance, as well as any venue or location-specific regulations.
Please note in accordance with current restrictions in NSW, tickets for this event will be strictly limited to adhere to social distancing rules.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy If for any reason the summit is cancelled prior to the event date due to local government restrictions, all paying delegates will be entitled to a full refund of their registration fee. If border closures prevent your attendance of the Summit, interstate paying delegates will be entitled to a full refund of their registration fee. Should you want to take advantage of the current Ultra Early Bird ticket pricing, please do so with the assurance that a full refund will be provided in the event of a cancellation. Vaccination Policy Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required for all in-person attendees To ensure the maximum safety of our audiences, CAPA - Centre for Aviation requires all in-person participants (speakers, delegates, partners, sponsors, exhibitors, suppliers) to have received two (2) doses of a COVID-19 vaccine in order to gain access to the physical event. For those unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, we encourage you to participate in the event virtually. This is an important measure to keep our community members safe and reduce the spread of the virus. We hope it will also help infuse confidence and alleviate concerns that some may still have about attending an event in person. |

Payment Terms:
To pay via Bank Transfer please email events@centreforaviation.com.
Payment via bank transfer will incur a AUD30 transfer & admin fee.
Kindly note: invoices will not be issued for bank transfers within 10 days prior to event commencement.
Complimentary Airline delegate passes: are strictly limited
CAPA is pleased to offer a limited number of complimentary passes for airline delegates. To see if you are entitled to a pass, email your full name/company/job title to Events events@centreforaviation.com
CAPA has the right to refuse and/or reject applications for the complimentary airline delegate passes. Strictly one (1) complimentary pass per airline will be accepted. If your airline requires more than 1 pass, payment will be required.
Complimentary airline guest passes are for full time direct employees of scheduled airlines only. Any affiliates, ACMI providers/charter airlines or subsidiary businesses e.g consultants to airlines, secondees, or any commercial businesses related/linked to airlines such as handlers, aircraft leasing businesses, catering and airport ground services, are not deemed as direct full time airline employees and regular delegate fees are applicable.
Corporate Travel Buyer delegate passes
Corporate Travel Buyer passes are strictly made available to full time travel buyers/procurement/category leads at corporations. They may not be used by suppliers, consultants, advisors, TMCs or any other non buy-side professionals. Corporate Travel Buyer delegate passes are strictly limited. CAPA has the right to refuse and/or reject applications.
Media delegate passes: To apply email your full name, company name and job title to events@centreforaviation.com
Media delegate passes include access to the summit day sessions only. Registrations may incur a cost. Media delegate passes are strictly limited. CAPA has the right to refuse and/or reject applications for the media delegate passes. All registered Media Delegates must reference "CAPA - Centre for Aviation", "CAPA Australia Pacific Aviation Summit" and/or "CTC Corporate Travel Summit" in any articles generated from the event and/or event sidelines.
Delegates are entitled to conference refreshments and lunch, and full conference sessions. Delegates passes also include Gala Dinner.
Your conference ticket does not cover costs associated with travel to/in Sydney. Factors such as travel and insurance must be organised by the attendee.
